Welcome to The Avenue Practice

Personal Leadership & Alignment for Harmony, Happiness & Growth – in Life, Work & Parenthood
At The Avenue Practice we provide Coaching, Therapy, NVR and our unique offering combining CoachingTherapy – where two practitioners work together to support you.
Life can be a wonderful journey, but there are times when it can feel hard, confusing and frustrating, even if from the outside everything looks fine. Humans are complex beings and often we feel a mix of emotions & thoughts at the same time, such as: grateful yet lost, joy and pain, pride and grief, achievement yet imposter, and successful but unfulfilled.
Navigating our lives with purpose and reflecting on ourselves can be difficult, and often something we avoid. And yet without doing this our relationships can be negatively effected at work and at home.
At The Avenue Practice, our core belief is that focusing on alignment of our inner and outer worlds is the first step in moving towards harmony happiness and growth. The second step is to build our own personal leadership style so we can create the change we want. Whether you are a senior leader at work, or a senior leader of your family or perhaps you are both, sometimes we forget that everyone is a CEO of their own life!
You might feel stuck on the edge of greatness, or perhaps you are in the gap between the worlds of your past self and your new direction, or maybe you just need to take a moment.
Wherever you are: “Take a walk along The Avenue and feel supported on your journey from today and into tomorrow.”
We help people to find their way forward in their professional, personal and parenting roles (and explore how these roles are all intertwined) – specialising in navigating the complexities of Midlife and Parenting/Caring Differently AuDHD/PDA children.
I bring a unique approach built on my 10yr corporate career in the City, my coaching accreditation with the EMCC, my Msc in Psychology (current), my educational perspective as a qualified teacher, my NVR training with families in CAMHS, and my lived experience of navigating Midlife and Parenting Differently my AuDHD son.
My belief is that “It is all the little moments that together make the biggest difference”. So let’s take a moment and explore how you got to where you are right now, reflect on what this tells you about yourself, and use these insights into making a clear, actionable way forward.
